It’s close to Universal Studios, offers free parking, and the staff have a nice attitude.
The breakfast included in the room rate was average.
In the afternoon, the hotel offered some complimentary snacks in the breakfast area of the lobby, such as cheese, cookies, and vegetable salad, which was a nice touch, although we didn’t really have much of it.
The carpet in the room was very old, and upon close inspection, we found quite a bit of small trash in the gaps, including fingernail or toenail clippings left by previous guests.
The air conditioner was very noisy, seriously affecting our sleep.
The air circulation was poor. The room had a kitchen, and although we didn’t cook, we could smell the cooking from next door almost every night, which was very annoying.
We will not choose to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, the staff was welcoming and very helpful and took every request of ours seriously! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were brilliant! Comfortable beds! I would go back there again...
Breakfast was very simple, no vegetables at all! Bread was missing several times and there isn't much seating. You have to arrive early in the morning to get a seat! It wouldn't hurt to vary the meals.

Free breakfast was better than expected & a real bonus. The location for us was excellent - only 5 minute drive from Universal Studios. Used the free shuttle bus service which saved on parking charges. The kitchenette in the room was useful & we used it to make a couple of dinners.
The only thing I can think of for improvement would be to add a few bus services but can’t think of anything else.

It was clean and staff were friendly ish
The elevator didn't work we nearly got stuck in the lift. The breakfast is awful, hardly any variation and not enough food - really really terrible. Waiting staff at breakfast were just not interested at all
I actually booked this be ause it was a Hilton and a little more expensive thinking we would get a nice stay, I should have booked the Holiday Inn for half the price it is much better

Everything was amazing: the location, the room, the free coffee jejej its has free parking which its incredible.
The room fan was too loud. And even if you turn it off, you could here the outside fan.
I slept with earplugs.

I liked the lobby, the spacious rooms, I wish there were more amenities like bathrobes or slippers. They respected our request to stay in a floor free of pets. The mini kitchen was perfect for quick dinners, I appreciated the microwave and the full sized fridge.
The breakfast buffet needs some vegetables, fruits, and cheese selection, I got tired of eggs and oatmeal every day. One elevator was broken for 3 days, and only one was working.
