The room was extremely spacious, very clean and just overall very nice. I have stayed at many many hotels in Orlando since we travel there a lot and I think this one was much better than even the universal hotels we?ve stayed at and paid much more for.
Just the renovations but they didn?t really bother us. No noise or anything

Renovated rooms were very nice. Lobby is still being renovated, but it caused no issues. Nice clean breakfast and FREE PARKING which is unheard of in Orlando. We had a great stay.
Parking lot lacking space currently.

the staff were pleasant . the suite was clean and spacious. the breakfast was good.nice pool and jacuzzi and a fire pit.

Cleanliness was fair. Location was good in relation to Universal studios. Kitchen feature could be good on a long stay. Easy access off of the interstate.
Didnt like the idea that the hotel was under construction and we were not told about it until after the fee was paid. Really didnt have a choice to stay there once the room was booked. The parking was not the greatest with all of the dumpsters on the property. The bed was not very comfortable.

Parts were under construction so a bit hard to find the front desk and breakfast area BUT very clean, rooms were so cute, just what we needed.
Current construction however they did give us a heads up about it prior to getting there.

The free shuttle to Universal Studio and Island of Adventure...
We had four in our party and we had to always call for extra towels and wash towels. Also when to the breakfast there was very little room to walk around and having a Disability father it was hard for him to get around.
