Breakfast was excellent. My son would like omelets one morning though. Room was very clean. Pool was heated and clean even though only used once during our stay since it was too cold outside. Wednesday meet and greet w/ appetizers and wine, and beer was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Keep it up !

Pleasant
The Hotel was pretty big and quiet for the most part. Rooms are decent size and beds were fairly comfortable. I travel quite frequently for work and pleasure and this is not the worse i have stayed in but also not the best either. It is worth it if you have a family and need some where the kids can be entertained the pool is nice and large and the hotel is prime distance to all the theme parks.
The breakfast was what you would expect at a basic continental style breakfast. For me personally I was not impressed by the offering especially at the cost of the hotel per night.

It is close to restaurants, however, it doesn’t out weigh the dirtiness of this property.

Wonderful
The breakfast area was excellent, and we were assigned a larger room than we originally requested, though it was clear that all the rooms were quite spacious. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The location was convenient, with easy access via various routes and within a reasonable distance of all major attractions. The value for money was outstanding. Additionally, the small store at the reception was very handy for any last-minute needs or emergencies.
The parking could be free, considering that just a few meters away you can park for no cost, and I didn’t notice any exterior security to watch over the cars.

The room wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom was not clean, had visible dirt and hair in the tub. Sheets were dirty. And lastly had bugs.

Not enough to make up for what I didn’t like about my stay. I’m a repeat customer but will never come back.
I called the afternoon of checkout about 2 refrigerated medications accidentally left behind in the refrigerator. The front desk manager advised me they were probably thrown away (which made me think this is a recurring problem or standard operating procedure of this hotel), but placed me on hold to check with maintenance. Sheu came back and confirmed that nothing was turned in to the front desk and any contents would have been thrown out. I explained my frustration that it was obvious that it was prescription medication and by way of my reservation, a courtesy call should have been made as I was in the area for hours and could have come to pick it up. This hotel had my phone number, after all.

The front desk attendant was extremely nice and accommodating. She greeted us warmly and offered to waive the $25 parking fee due to us only staying the one night. We did like the layout of the room and the fact that there was a full kitchen. We also appreciated the included breakfast, which was decent.
There was a water leak, probably coming from the air conditioner, in our room. We didn't notice it until we were getting ready for bed and began walking around the room without our shoes on. The dresser in the room had water stains 1/3 of the way up the side, which indicates the water leak has been going on for a while and has not been addressed by maintenance. It made the room feel unclean and it made me worry about the possible presence of mold. There was also a splatter stain of some kind on the chair in the living room. Had we been staying longer than the one night, we would have insisted on another room.

The price was amazing especially for family. The separate bedroom from the kitchen. The kitchen and refrigerator is absolutely amazing. Delicious coffee.
Everything was good. Stayed one night so nothing bad.
