Rooms are decent size (being suites), and staff was prompt in delivering extra bedding, towels and other supplies. Boys enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had decent selection with great make yourself waffles, but eggs were the worst, tasteless mess I ever encountered in any hotel. Could stand to eat them for just two days.
Elevators. Out of 3 elevators which are already inadequate for a hotel this size, 2 were always broken, and remaining one was always on the verge of giving up. I dreaded entering, fearing I would get stuck.

Ants in our room on the 6th floor. No one cleaned the room except once after our first night we were there for a week. Had to ask for fresh towels.

location excellent! Breakfast was a bit bust some days but always very nice. Staff lovely. Really very good overall!
Just breakfast was a bit busy but thats not their fault, their was a cheerleading comp on so they were fully booked.

Staff was great! So helpful and everyone was so nice.
Our pull-out bed was broken. No other rooms available so we made it work but definitely was an uncomfortable sleep.

The location was a couple of minutes to the convention center and they have breakfast that’s better than most places I’ve stayed at in Orlando.
Normally if it isn’t too bad I won’t leave a review but I’m going to have to write one for this trip. The room was not clean. Long hairs in the tub and sink. The pull out bed is on its last leg ready to break. I had trouble pulling it out as the frame was bending in all kinds of way. Then there was soiled musty linens still on the pull out couch. I had to ask for new sheets and blanket. The worst part was there was only one working elevator. Then after a water pipe bursting or something had flooded the first floor, that one elevator no longer worked and walking up and down the stairs for several days with a bad ankle did not feel good especially when it was time to pack up the car bringing down all our bags. I will probably not return to this place until it receives a lot of attention with renovations.

The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel and the kitchen staff were lovely.
There was only 1 elevator out of 4 that was operational in the hotel and this needed to be used by the housekeeping staff also.

Very accommodating staff, and a nice breakfast selection.
1 of 4 elevators worked, so there was a lot of waiting. Then when I had the most stuff, that elevator stopped working. Hauling stuff up to the 5th floor was no fun.
This is probably a short term problem, that will not impact anyone else. Just lucky me.
