Located close to everything
I have a child with Down syndrome and hearing impairment. The locks on the door was to low and she unlocked the door and went out when I was in the restroom. She was found by a nice gentleman thank god because that could have been horrible. The entire mishap could have been avoided if the lock had been further up on the door where a child can not reach. She doesn’t understand that’s bad. I’m looked at as a bad mom because I had to use the restroom not because the lock is misplaced on the door. Also the popcorn ceiling kept falling off covering the floor and when I went to the desk 3 different times to let them know of the issue. Never ever got cleaned up. No housekeeping at all. Had to go find someone to exchange towels and then finally she came and vacuumed one time. I was there may 30 thru June 3. I was on the 5 th floor room 514 and only one elevator worked. Waited 15 minutes to go up or down. Couldn’t take stairs with two children and my elderly mother.

Broken tile on pool cut my child but staff aloud pool to remain open the next Day only covering sharp tile with a cone Iya just another accident waiting to happen

Room was spacious with good facilities.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic and although we booked a family room the sofa bed wasn't set up so we had to make our own bed when we arrived late at night.

Rooms are spacey and convenient. Everything you need inside. Hotel is in a great location between Icon Park and Pointe Orlando. Breakfast is one of the best around.
Encountered a few bugs in the room but I’m not sure that can be fully helped in the Florida heat.
