Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, had lots of varieties of breakfast items you could choose from. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to places to eat and grocery stores. I thought the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious if you have need a big room for your family to spread out.
I lighting in the bedroom was not very bright. Also would be nice to have a big mirror on the bedroom wall. The only mirror is in the bathroom. So you have to crowd around the only mirror to get ready.

Pool has no heater.
Room was dirty/full of dust. We asked for room service and they never cleaned our room.
We asked for towels and we had to wait for it to get delivered to the room since they didn’t have any.
The shower had rust and the ceiling needs some repair.

I didn’t like that the reservation said parking was included. When I got there, I had to ask/ negotiate parking be removed when I believed it was included in my booking

The breakfast is awful. Small selection, almost nothing is fresh. They serve is stir foam plates and plastic cutlery. Its quite unpleasant to eat like that, let alone the environmental disaster. I'm surprised it is even allowed
