The room was clean and spacious. It was a mini apartment. The premises is surrounded by plenty of good options on walking distance.

It was clean and quiet
There was no fans to keep on at night other than the overhead fan. It was very quiet… too quiet
Also they double charged me at check in despite already paying through booking and I had to call three times to get a refund that I am waiting to clear my bank. So I am out $200 that I was not expecting

Added fee of $8.00 for parking my car at Homewood Suites on 09/29. My total cost from booking was $136.00. It was not disclosed to me when I made reservation. Very disappointed with the hidden charge.

Location
Had a weird damp odor, then ant like insects crawling over the kitchen counter. Called for the shuttle no one answered, so had to take an Uber.

This is my first place to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes with full size frig and countertop stove. Was not expecting that. Room was large and bed was comfortable. There was nothing lacking in this room.
There was nothing I did not like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The kitchen is great.
It’s near the airport with free shuttle.
Thrash pick up only every 2 days.
Requested one but nobody came.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The property was clean and well maintained
The staff wasn’t helpful. We were a family of 6 staying in a suite and there were only 3 towels. We called the front desk to ask if we could get more towels and they told us we had to bring the dirty towels down to the lobby to get new towel’s. Anytime we needed anything they made it seem like we were inconveniencing them.

Convenience to the airport
Room was spacious and comfortable
Breakfast items were minimal and not replenished quickly. Upon check-in, the desk clerk was not pleasant. We were a family of 6 and had 2 rooms booked. She stated we only had 1 room. I showed her my confirmation for 2. She then gave us 2 rooms on different floors far from each other. Not friendly at all.
