Great room, great location, great price, everything was clean, breakfast was included and not too bad either
The hallway on the first floor smelled like cigarrettes; they charge for parking; when I tried to check in they couldn't find me in the system so the manager had to help

Breakfast was great every morning, good choices.
Outside smoking posts were full and not emptied during stay. Someone spilled what smelt like beer in elevator and a wet floor sign was placed in elevator, didn't get mopped up until next morning..

The environment was clean and welcoming
My AC did not work properly but i was able to contact the front desk and it was later resolved & eating area cannot accommodate all guest when the hotel is full

Location is AMAZING! In front of Tod the Premium Outlets. At the end of the International Dr. 15 min from Disney.
The room had hairs and dirt. Towels also had hairs.

The rooms were very nice and confortable. The kitchenette really stand out. Breakfast was good. The staff was very attentive and cordial to all guess. The best part was the convinience of being able to walk to the Orlando Vineland premium outlets.
Becuse of the proximity to the premium outlets, the traffic is insane around this area. Best thing to do is walk to the nearby restaurants and not use the car so much. I also did not appreciate having to pay for the parking at a daily rate. Most hotels I've visited in the past with similar price rates offer free parking.

The room was ok. It was an average Home2Suites type place. I've stayed here a few times before so I knew it was mostly clean and near the highway. There's a grocery store in the connecting parking lot nearby if you need that sort of thing.
They've started charging for parking. I asked them why they started the $11.25/day parking charge after I've stayed here a bunch of times for work and leisure, they said that people had started parking here from the mall across the street and filling their parking lot so they went this route. I asked "so you're punishing the customers to pay to be here with an extra charge rather than just give us that piece of paper for the window that proves we can be here?" He stared blankly because he knew his reason was nonsense. I get that it wasn't your idea (probably), but don't literally make up weird stuff. At the end of the day, if I stayed for a whole week or more, that parking fee would add up to another night or more. If I wanted to pay a resort or parking fee, I'd stay somewhere closer to Disney or Universal.
The room was clean, but there was lipstick on one of the hand towels. Bathroom door was also a weird slider instead of an actual door. The shuttle was also kind of a joke. I checked to see if we could go to Universal, but only at 9am or something with a return of 6pm. It wasn't the kind that ran throughout the day, so it was odd to even advertise it.

Breakfast was great all 3 days. Staff was polite and helpful. Anthony at the desk was awesome with great customer service skills. Great place.
Everything was good but if i had to choose one thing it would be the pillows are not supportive and laundry is in need of repair. Only one washer.
