The staff is very accommodating and quick to resolve any issues that may come up.
Although they are in the process of updating showers and the like, they make sure you are still comfortable. The only minor thing I would say is that the furniture needs a bit of an upgrade

Location and all the staff were nice and helpful.
Parking was great.
There was construction next door which was fine and beyond the control of the hotel but I think it would have been helpful to have known before hand.

The waitress in the restaurant was very nice.
The waitress in the restaurant was very nice. When I checked in I felt like I was interfering with the receptionist day. When I got checked in and was handed my key told I was all set. Then I had to ask where the elevator was, was given an eye roll and then they pointed behind a statue and display. There were stains on the curtains.
