The location was superb; the breakfast was great as well loved those cinnamon rolls !!!
Didn’t like that you have to pay to park that was weird to me. It’s not like they’re sharing the parking lot with other businesses so I don’t feel you should pay to park.

I liked the location, the stores are easy to walk to CVS close by and restaurants.
Furniture was not screwed securely, super wobbly and shower handles really loose.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, it had plenty of different kinds of food and drinks.
Rooms were cleaned everyday, we're good location.
There were 18 of us and everyone loved this hotel.

Easy check in and out. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. The lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday.
Breakfast ends at 9:30. Not everyone who stays is on a business trip

the room is cleanand we wish the Air Condioner was on so the room would be cool or colder but the room was clean and the food was good. you had the food coming and made the people happy again Thanks alot Troy

Poor
No hot water in room, complained to manager in morning and she said it was probably the boiler. Came back that evening and told different woman at front desk and she sent up maintenance and he worked on faucet in shower and sink and did get the water warm but not real hot. Next went to take shower and again no hot water in shower, but sink had warm water not hot. Told manager again when checking out and she replied oh it’s probably just the boiler again. She has no clue what the problem is, just assuming and never gets fixed so next guest will experience same problem !! Also every time I went to front desk when the manager was working in the morning she was in the back room had to wait for 5-10 minutes on her to come out to wait on guests, totally unacceptable.

Not far from theme parks if that’s what you’re going for
we took our girls down to the pool area and there was a couple teenage girls out there that was being harassed by some boys and I had to pretend like I was their mother to get them to go away.
That night I got absolutely zero sleep because the room next to me sounded like they had a whole dance party going on slamming things into the wall and everything else I called downstairs multiple times to see if they could find out what was going on in the room next to me, but nobody ever answered. I couldn’t leave my daughter in the room to walk down there to get somebody to come up and check what was going on. The next morning when we came up from getting breakfast about seven or eight teenage boys walked out of that room so that was the problem there was entirely too many people in that room and caused me to get zero sleep that night.
