The breakfast was awesome. Everything was hot that was supposed to be hot. I love the pancakes.
The only thing that I did not like was my windows were dirty in the room I called downstairs they sent somebody and cleaned them, and I will definitely be back

I like the location and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
The rooms and hallways could be a lot cleaner. We had to switch rooms because in the first room they didn't change the sheets. Also he toilet wasn't working.

It was clean and you saw the worker liking their jobs
We were arriving at 9:30 am and wanted to take advantage of the free shuttle to sea world, only to be told it left already. So I had to pay for park parking and hotel parking. Not fair at all. And if I’m staying on property why do I have to pay to park?

This IHG Holiday Inn Express is next door to SeaWorld/Aquatica, we could see the rollercoaster (and hear the screams) from the parking lot. Walking distance to 3-4 restaurants and other hotels with an hourly shuttle to the parks. Comfortable and clean, great breakfast and quiet during the night. Good value for a family stay.

Loved the hospitality the staff was very nice despite the late entry due to flight delays they even saved my packages on the trolley.
I cant really say I didnt like anything besides the pool it was tio cold for the kiddos but you can predict the weather it was out of their control.

It was close to both Sea World and Discovery Cove.
The staff was uninformed and rude. Breakfast was mediocre. SHUTTLES to parks were not by hotel. Outside firm with very limited schedule. Had to book in advance. We arrive at noon from our drive and were told we had to walk or take an Uber. We are in our 80’s. We booked here because of the shuttle
The coffee pot did not work. Our first room smelled so bad we were moved. The second rooms tv remote did not function and 3 remotes later we gave up. The tub did not drain when showering which is disgusting. We were told that’s the way it is and at 2am we were told that we could leave and be refunded. The next evening the power went out and there was no plan for guests. We were not told that it
Was ok to go up to our rooms for over an hour. When checking out we asked for manager and were told he would call and of course that did not happen either.

property was clean and not noisy. Even considering how close we were to Seaworld, it was nice and quiet. Hotel architecture was put together well
A little confusing with the multiple hotels right next to it. Ended up pulling around two hotels before I could find the entranceway to Holiday Inn

Water fountain. To drink you can use the water fountain to refill your bottle or buy bottle for $12. Water was extremely filthy from the fountain it tasted so bad.
