I thought the breakfast choices were excellent. The location was perfect. It’s very close to SeaWorld and there are a lot of restaurant choices in walking distance. The shuttle will pick you up there and take you to SeaWorld or other attractions. We took an Uber. It was only five dollars.
The pool was really nice, but it was a little dirty. Just bugs mostly but it was very nice outside. Our bed was little squeaky and the lighting was bad in our room but other than that, it was great.

The room was clean, great location if you are going to Sea World or the other parks.
The AC could have been better, it didn't feel cold enough. The breakfast needs to have options for gluten free vegans. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and they had gluten free options. Also, they advertise the free shuttle, but we had to wait over an hour for one. The number you text for information on it lied saying they had to help a handicapped person and were running 15 mins late. When in fact the bus broke down and the driver had to go get another bus, which would have added another 45 minutes to our wait time. We ended up driving to Aquatica and paying $40 for parking. It would have been nice to use the shuttle service that they advertise.
