I liked that it was located very near Universal Studios Resort. Also loved that they provided breakfast in the morning. Staff was amazing and very helpful.
It’s clean, but it wasn’t super clean. There are some spots where you could tell needed some more cleaning.

The hotel had FREE PARKING!! Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. This is why I always book holiday inn express hotels when I travel
The shuttle service should run at least until 945p closer to when the parks closes, which is at 10pm for Epic. Instead of the last shuttle being at 840p.

The room was clean. No issues.
They kept running out of food. They only brought out 10 strips of bacon at a time. Eggs and biscuits were the same. If you know this is the busiest time for breakfast, then cook enough food and be prepared.
