The reception was amazing...Hector was patient, efficient and very thorough. The room was spotless and every staff member we meet, including a very dynamic housekeeping team, was wonderful. This hotel deserves great kudos!

The front desk was friendly. The hotel was clean
and no smoking allowed on the property.
They did not clean the rooms during your stay. I had to call the front desk for new towels. The shower wasn't hot.

The staff truly make the experience great: they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, well-organized, and a great way to start the day.
One small issue worth mentioning is that at times I could smell cigarette smoke coming from other guests’ rooms. Since this is a non-smoking hotel, it might be helpful for management to reinforce the policy to ensure a more comfortable experience for everyone.

The breakfast was good and the employees kept the buffet area spotless the entire time! Everything was well stocked and stayed like that during the whole breakfast service. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were good.

Check in went quickly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The break feast was good
the bathroom toilet seat was very loose, the electrical switch by the door must have a short in it. the Bathroom lights went out and when we turned the switch on it arced . Construction makes getting to the property hard and the music in the lobby was way to loud.

Unfortunately nothing
As soon as you walk in the property you are overwhelmed by a damp - wet odor which possibly includes mold. I had to switch rooms because the one I was put in had such a strong smell of dampness it was horrible. The second room wasn't much better. I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom light vent fan. A couple days later I started having a viral - sinus infection, low energy and was sick for a week and I know it had to be from this hotel. Luckily we only stayed one night. Dirty and run down neighborhood and a very poor experience overall.
