Good location, convenient to where we were working, lots of dining and shopping close by.
There were TONS of kids staying at the hotel, like aged 12 and under. These kids were allowed to run wild through the hotel and the front desk wouldn’t do anything. At midnight we were screaming at them to stop running up and down the hallway screaming and chasing each other. We had early mornings for work or we wouldn’t have cared truly. Called the front desk multiple times, when they did answer the phone, which was only once, they said there was nothing they could do because they didn’t know what rooms they were supposed to be in! I’m sorry, WHAT? This was not our first time staying here, we stay at this hotel a few times a year for work, but seeing that they allowed this to go on and said they couldn’t tell them to go to their rooms, we will not be back. Two nights in a row this was allowed to go on.. that’s just the nights we were there.

The good thing was the reception staff
The room maintenance was terrible. On the first day, a cockroach crawled out of the pillows and the bathroom. The coffee maker area and bathroom were infested with ants. I asked about the room cleaning since they hadn't cleaned the first day, and they told me they clean the rooms every three days. I will never stay at that hotel again. I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures to upload.

It is a basic hotel that suited our needs. It is sited near a main road but we heard no traffic. It was helpful for our initial first two nights where we needed access to different areas around Clearmont and Winter Garden.
You get what you paid for and there were no major issues. Clean hotel with helpful staff
