Staff was nice and polite. Tess at the morning breakfast was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel from the outside, lobby, and hallways appeared clean and relatively updated.
Room was strange (room 213). Seems like it was made for a handicapped individual but only in some areas. Bathroom door was extremely loud, heavy, and creaky. The lighting in the whole room was poor. The lights in the bathroom were very old and rusted. The hotel parking lot was not even 1/4 full leading me to believe the hotel was mostly empty. It appears we're given a mediocre room although multiple rooms were likely available. We only stayed one night and we were tired, so we didn't ask to move.

It was clean, and the breakfast was good. Staff was OK disappointed that the pool was under construction and the elevator was kind of scary because it was under construction as well but as soon as they get that fixed, it would be great.
