They gave me a handicap room that I didn’t want and the money that I paid for that room I am not handicap they told me that that’s all they had I was disappointed with them

Rooms are beautiful , modern and spacious . The pool areas, are clean and beautiful . Property is spotless .
Sometimes parking is tight but I had no issues this stay.

How clean it is and kid friendly also the bar staff have been always very nice and friendly to us .
The kitchen staff . No good customer service was shown to me and my kids . And me and my kids spent so much money in there all day long so we didn’t have to leave the resort. No smiles no greetings no nothing . I feel like it was the worst part of our stay . Especially the lady with the glasses was so nasty. And nobody was really helpful very sad for a nice resort.

The atmosphere around the whole complex was lovely
