I enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer.
Our shower did not work and had to have maintenance in to fix it on our first morning there, when I called it seemed to be a known issue already. When checkout came there were other issues.

This is the second time staying here and its such a good deal for the location. The breakfast at the shop by the pool is sooooo good and not overpriced. The breakfast burrito is amazing and huge! Rooms are nice but a little dated. Well worth the cost though.
Only thing I don’t like it they force you to go over to another counter for your parking pass to try and get you an appointment to meet with someone for a timeshare. If I wanted the timeshare I would ask. I should not be forced to listen to a speech from someone about it.

Generally speaking it’s a lovely hotel..
Oh my! The Kleenex and toilet paper in the suit felt like sand paper, no full length mirror just the bathroom mirror and a small mirror on the wall in the dining area where you can see your face.
The scheduling of housecleaning was soo disorganized sometimes they show up while having supper or preparing it mostly at inconvenient times

We were at a corner end room and that must be where the cleaning ladies have their stuff out early in the morning and they stand out there and talk and it’s very loud to us in our room.

We loved the property itself. Everything was clean and beautiful.
We did not like that we were told no extra blankets were available when we called to the front desk after being told they would send some up. My children were cold and requested more blankets and the front desk originally told us they'd be right up with them, but when the blankets didn't show up, I called back and they claimed there were no extra available blankets, which seems silly.
