Beautiful suite, very comfortable, everything provided great bath jacuzzi after a long day in the parks nice view, great path around lake, near to outlets- perfect really- and the price compared to most other hotels was excellent
Nothing really except maybe the concierge inviting me to a morning meet for extra Hilton
points, without explaining they were trying to sell properties, which was a bit misleading- then when we did not attend, we received phone calls to reinvite which were then quite pushy- but apart from that- everything else was excellent

All the staff that we encountered were friendly. The facility was great,all that we had a chance to see. The pool areas fantastic. Plan on going back.

Room was perfect for our stay. The pool areas were well kept. Being able to walk around the site and the restaurants, etc, close by, some within walking distance.

The pool was very nice. The friendly staff was very accomodating and I really appreciated the golf cart transportation around the resort.
The beds could've been more comfortable, but they weren't too bad. The microwave did not want to heat. It 2 minutes to warm a slice of pizza

We always enjoy our stay at this Resort. The staff is great the grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. The rooms are large and wonderful.
The staff in the cafe/Deli wasn't as friendly as they could be.

The grounds are well kept. The visual when you pull up is so welcoming. This is my second stay. The room was well appointed. The beds and linens are made for a restful vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics. I have stayed at another more expensive vacation Hilton in Fort Lauderdale with unacceptable cookware.
Bathroom shower outside tile finishes need to be updated. My shower door handle needed to be tightened or replaced.

I loved the look of the resort. The colors, the pools, the grill options, and the atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable and had goose down pillows.
I didn’t like that we had a broken ironing board and the toilet had poor circulation. We had to call to get it unclogged.

This was our second time at Tuscany Village, and we loved it again! The suits are super clean and spacious. When you come for a short stay they clean every day just like regular hotels.
The pool area usually has some programs going on, including life music and games for all.
The grounds are well kept, the lake is soothing.
Have to watch for the balcony when booking next time. Two things: lake view and open view all the way to the floor. This time, we had half of the wall in our view. We prefer see-through railing/screen.
