Well maintained and accommodations were very nice. Location was great. Suite was clean and everything in it worked properly.
1. Parking is a mess. Not enough for parking for reasonably full occupancy. Had to park far away every day & walk about half a mile or more. Not much fun when lugging bags and if your older, this can be a real challenge. Makes checking out a hassle, especially if your in a hurry. 2. On the day of check out, & despite check out being at 11am & having a do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping was knocking on the door from 08:50. Came again at 9am & told them we will be there till 11am. Didn’t matter, they tried coming in the room twice after that, & finally again another time right at 10:50. Wow… talk about hurry up & get out… only to have to lug our things over 1/2 a mile to the nearest parking spot. For this reason alone, doubt I will return.

Very clean and spacious and loved the balcony overlooking the lake
The cleaning people were very loud in the hallways and also above us. Several times in one day I went up to the 7th floor to ask them to stop banging/dragging chairs and tables across the hardwood floors because we could hear it above us (stayed on 6th floor room 6611). However, when I spoke to the staff, hardly any of them understood English unfortunately so it was difficult to get my point across and they must not have understood me since it kept happening. Also, the fridge/freezer made a constant annoying sound

We loved the property itself. Everything was clean and beautiful.
We did not like that we were told no extra blankets were available when we called to the front desk after being told they would send some up. My children were cold and requested more blankets and the front desk originally told us they'd be right up with them, but when the blankets didn't show up, I called back and they claimed there were no extra available blankets, which seems silly.

Very large property that felt very intimate. From check-in to check-out every person, staff member, property associate made our stay exceptional. This was our first time in Orlando FL and this property is first class in every way. We immensely enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to doing it again in the future.
