The air conditioner went out two nights back to back and had to get people to come in late at night when we would get back to our room to get it back going very frustrating

Well maintained - Room was where we asked & coming in on the auto train , taking lunch & a little grocery shopping, our room was ready even though we were early. Room was very clean and staff came to our room on days we asked. Staff was always polite and helpful if needed. Hope next year will be our 4th!
Elevators in building 6 made sounds like they need to be greased and trash chute on floor seven was not working so had to leave trash bags outside room. Staff took care to keep hallways clean.

The property was perfect and so was the location.
Parking can be challenging at night. But, you can call for a shuttle to transport you to your building. I walked instead but took an exterior route because I was concerned about walking through the pathways alone. I would still stay again despite this because staff is working on the property 24/7.

The pool was nice and warm. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
The bed was not comfortable at all. The bathtub/shower floor was very slippery and my husband slipped and fell in the tub while having a shower. He hurt his side when he hit the tub edge as he fell.

Wonderful
Convenient to shopping outlet mall and restaurants. The property had lovely places to take photos and stroll around the lake and bridge. Clean rooms and attentive staff all made for an amazing holiday! We prefer vacation villas because you have a full flat with everything you need to feel right at home.
The construction of one of the buildings and parking spots are a bit small.

The property is nice and well kept. Elevators are slow, not enough parking for each building. Might have to park far away from where your rooms at. We had to park on the complete opposite side of where our room was. It’s a late complex and this was extremely annoying. Seems to be too many guests for the quantity of parking.
Elevators are slow and not enough parking for each buildings guests. Coming back at night you might find your self parking on the opposite end of their complex and no where near your building. Could be a good 10-15 min walk depending on how far you have to go.

Clean and updated resort. Friendly staff. Liked to see that someone was feeding the resident stray cats. Easy to enter and exit. Elevators in working condition. Fresh towels daily. Liked that the patio was screened in. comfortable bed.
Everything was wonderful though would have liked a second towel rack in the bathroom. Two people need to hang two big towels to dry or even wet bathing suits.

Beautiful pool area with 2 hot tubs, fountains, cornhole, ping pong table, and a splash pad area for kids. Activities center with fun stuff for kids and adults to do on the property. Well shaded playground for kids. Small cafe with to-go type food/drinks/donuts/starbucks coffee. 2 free coffee or water each day. Huge pool bar with food and drinks. Very short walk to the outlet mall. Pretty property to walk around the large pond. On trolly route. Gated so it felt safe. Grill on site.
Construction was going on during our visit and walls were thin.

We arrived at the designated check in time and our room was available immediately, we had asked for a high floor room in villa 2 or 3, which we got, the room was OK, not as nice as others we have stayed in at this resort, all the amenities were there, including Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and dryer, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom only had a shower, no bath, but was fine for the two of us, as we prefer to shower, large tv's in the living room & bedroom.
The location is superb, right next to the premium outlet, where there is a direct access gate at the back of the property and restaurants and a major supermarket (Publix) opposite, you can get a Starbucks at the resort marketplace or the Starbucks store opposite.
The one pool was closed when we arrived, but the main pool was open and had ample loungers, chairs and tables for all guests, there is a poolside bar/restaurant, but we didn't use it on this occasion, the pool entertainment was very good and there plenty of games run by the activities team.
Our room overlooked the car park and my wife was disturbed every night by cars arriving back very late, we prefer a quieter lakeside room, and I will ask for one of these next time we stay. The layout of the room was a little strange compared to others we have stayed in at the resort, the kitchen was quite cramped, but adequate.
