My stay was amazing! I have nothing but great things to say about this resort. We got there at 9:30am thinking we could not check in yet but they were more than willing to accommodate us.. As tired as we were from traveling, we were able to catch up on rest and had the rest of our day to enjoy ourselves..
The only thing bad I could say is I didn’t like that there was no restaurant there to sit down and enjoy a hot breakfast.

We stayed just two (2) nights as a base for Disney visits - location for this purpose is excellent if you dont want the ‘on resort’ experience. We had a spacious two bedroom suite which was opposite side from the pool area and very quiet :)
Pool area was good with plenty of sun recliners and a nice atmosphere, grounds and parking lots are groomed and well lit, and you can WALK thru to Vineland Premium Outlets Mall at back of property.
As always, staff performance really made the short stay special as they were excellent. (Yes, that’s you Cyrus!)
Curtain voile in bedroom 2 appeared to have chewing gum stuck on it - didn’t mention it as it had zero impact on our experience, and with a resort the size of a small village I’m sure the cleaning team had enough on their hands.

I liked the location and how it was close to everything. The grounds are huge so you would expect a lot more, but there really wasn’t that much to do on the property.
I didn’t like that you had a walk 6 miles to get to the front desk area. Yes you could call a golf cart to come get you, but I just felt like it was an inconvenience. Also to have a resort fee and really have nothing included. Didn’t make sense. Also, they have DVD players in the rooms and you can rent DVDs.. I felt like I was back in 2000.

A protruding black metal bracket on the bed inflicted a lower-leg injury. Hotel security and the maintenance engineer investigated the incident, but the front desk and management offered no compensation for the time I spent seeking medical care and reporting the hazard. They seemed too preoccupied to take meaningful action and simply moved on. Please remember to complete the security incident report form.”

Very good location. Easy to go to top attractions. Walking distance to the outlet mall. Room was really nice. Size was good. Has washer and dryer. Kitchen and bathroom were really nice. Staff were friendly and very courteous.
Room air conditioner was noisy when turning on. Kept us awake at night. When getting a parking permit we were faced with attending a Review which was like a seminar which turned out they charged us $40 to attend. We felt that was sort of tricky. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

The atmosphere the view had a nice relaxing, calming type of vibe from the trees. The plants to the lake.
I didn’t like that our building and where we were wasn’t close to the main building, but overall this wasn’t that big of a deal because I didn’t need to utilize the main building as much
