Love the location, the 1 bedroom suite is such a great size and the amenities are fab and love being able to walk to the outlets
Felt like our suite could do with a hit of a refurb - felt a little tired but still spotlessly clean and everything worked well.

I a couple of items have been stolen from our room by the cleaning staff of the hotel. The hotel did not take any accountability, and we have not been reimbursed for the stolen items. Just don't book this place....

I love how clean and beautiful they keep the property. I'm a very tidy person and this is how you should feel at home or away, CLEAN
Only thing I didn't like about the property was the two staff members we encountered. The first staff member switched our room to everything opposite of what we asked for. The second accused my partner of not paying when the transaction had already been deducted from his card. Everything else was excellent!

It's my 3rd stay at the hotel, it offers a good value for money alternative. Location is right in the middle of Orlando's main attractions (10-20min from main parks), with a major Outlet and supermarket nearby. Rooms are not brand new, but are very clean and spacious, perfect for solo travelers or large families. There is a laundry in each building for studio guests. Parking is complimentary. Would totally recommend.
