The pools are great. The lake filled with the turtles and alligator was very enjoyable to watch. Spacious accommodations. We went with a family so we were able to hang out and watch the Broncos game one evening. Plenty of room and a big screen TV. Plus we had a full kitchen to make snacks and breakfast. Very close to discovery Cove, which was one of our destinations. Will definitely be back.

A few things in our suite needed to be restocked.
Toilet paper, conditioner. Although things had to be restocked, the fast and efficient service of restocking was excellent.

I wish there was more healthier options for breakfast at the starbucks coffee shop. For example steel cut oats, parfaits fresh fruit. almond flour cookies, muffins etc. More selections on wine by the pool. The pool menu needs a few healthier options too besides salads. Beautiful property. 2 very nice pools. Nice walking trail. Wonderful layout.
Beds were hard. Pillows were thin useless sacks. Bathtub and shower were not cleaned.

The rooms were amazing. I loved everything from the screened balcony, to the comfy beds.
The staff up front were very kind and gave us a map of the property.
A variety of pools and hot tubs to choose from.
The location was also right next door to sea world!
The staff in the convenience store/coffee area were pretty rude. We were given free coffee stamps and she still charged us for one. Due to her limited English we also couldn’t solve the issue. Just felt like we were walking on glass in that area so we only went once. I’m not gonna go down a whole star though for a short 10 min interaction

I really liked how clean, well-maintained, and comfortable the property was. The location was convenient, the facilities were great, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. It felt like a home away from home
Overall, I had a great stay and really appreciated the comfort and service. The only small suggestion I would make is to consider a bit more attention to deep cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. It would make an already nice property feel even more perfect

both of the pools were marvelous... the tiki bar took a long time to get food and drink and close at 9pm... but both were great. the bed was outstanding
vacation atmosphere for sure.
I was asked 3 times if I wanted to join them for the Hilton members symposium.... 90 minutes at an off site location .... for some BS about a pyramid scam... I am on vacation.... with planned trips and excursions... I don't want
to get approached while on vacation... just like telemarketer... turned a good mood sour.

I loved the rooms and especially the comfortable bed. The check-in procedure was great, and she took the time to explain everything, such as where to eat for breakfast and dinner.
The television wasn't working when we arrived, but they came very quickly to fix it. There wasn't much to dislike, we were unable to obtain a room on the Sea World side for the night time fireworks. But that was not the resort's fault.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Watching the turtles and alligators in the lake was fun. We enjoyed dinner and drinks poolside. The waterfall pool was very pretty. Would stay again.
Wish the walk to the cvs pharmacy was a little closer but that is not the property’s fault.
