Our room was very clean and lovely. The resort grounds were all so very pretty
We were in a room at the end of the hall. There was a glass window above the hot tub. There was no way to make the room dark.

THE POOL!! THE STAFF!! THE TEXT-TO-HELP FEATURE — ALL SO HELPFUL!!
The staff were all so nice except for one guy. But everyone else was incredibly kind and sweet!
Very close to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, and even Universal Orlando.
Lizbelia at the check-in counter was very, very, very helpful. She made us feel welcome and warm. We had a small issue with two reservations not linking, and she told us to come back in the morning to re-check in. So nice and professional!
David, who drives the cart, was so nice to us every time we saw him, he smiled and waved! Such a sweet guy.
Also, the newer guy from Colombia who drives the cart he was really kind to us too.
The only issue we had was with the front desk clerk, Ghiovani. He was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming when we returned to re-check in. No smile, no courtesy just a cold, sharp tone that was totally uncalled for. My husband and I were so put off by his attitude, we seriously considered checking out and finding another hotel. He was that disrespectful. Thankfully, the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make up for his behavior.

Everything was excellent, especially the poolside bar/restaurant. We also enjoyed the free parking and shuttle to the theme parks. And they have everything available to you that you might need.

Microwave didn’t work. TV didn’t work. No one came to fix the problem even though they said they would. Room was on high floor when we asked for lower floor.
