Location was great. Entertainment options were plenty on-site and nearby. Plenty of nearby food options. Pool area was really nice. We really loved the staff.
Parking was not the best. Tour bus basically blocked us from being able to quickly back out. Smart TVs should be updated.

Pool was great and the room was lovely in both size and comfort. I would have liked more dishes and silverware in the kitchen set-up. There were only four place settings and it would be more convenient to have a few extra mugs and spoons. The grounds were well-maintained. The housekeeping staff and maintenance people were very conscientious and responsive.
I found the staff not particularly helpful. The vacation club may not be used to people asking questions about the nearby restaurants or SeaWorld and the bus schedule etc. They had limited handout info and seemed unwilling to explain things. This was not on only one occasion and in fact there was no one else waiting in line so time issues were not the problem.

The room was very spacious and included a full kitchen and a living room, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The staff were great — very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the walking/jogging trail around the property. It was an easy and safe walk to SeaWorld, which was a big plus!
The cleanliness wasn’t great — I found a contact lens in the tub, which was off-putting. The business center also wasn’t quiet; there was too much noise from the lobby since there’s no door or barrier to separate the spaces. Additionally, I was disturbed to find a bag with T-shirts that said “Make America Pray Again” left at room door. It’s unclear how someone was able to access the property like that, especially with a gate guard at the entrance.

The guy at the gate wasn’t pleasant at all trying to get my other party on to the property for graduation
