Wonderful
Pool was great and the room was lovely in both size and comfort. I would have liked more dishes and silverware in the kitchen set-up. There were only four place settings and it would be more convenient to have a few extra mugs and spoons. The grounds were well-maintained. The housekeeping staff and maintenance people were very conscientious and responsive.
I found the staff not particularly helpful. The vacation club may not be used to people asking questions about the nearby restaurants or SeaWorld and the bus schedule etc. They had limited handout info and seemed unwilling to explain things. This was not on only one occasion and in fact there was no one else waiting in line so time issues were not the problem.

The room was very spacious and included a full kitchen and a living room, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The staff were great — very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the walking/jogging trail around the property. It was an easy and safe walk to SeaWorld, which was a big plus!
The cleanliness wasn’t great — I found a contact lens in the tub, which was off-putting. The business center also wasn’t quiet; there was too much noise from the lobby since there’s no door or barrier to separate the spaces. Additionally, I was disturbed to find a bag with T-shirts that said “Make America Pray Again” left at room door. It’s unclear how someone was able to access the property like that, especially with a gate guard at the entrance.

The rooms were amazing. I loved everything from the screened balcony, to the comfy beds.
The staff up front were very kind and gave us a map of the property.
A variety of pools and hot tubs to choose from.
The location was also right next door to sea world!
The staff in the convenience store/coffee area were pretty rude. We were given free coffee stamps and she still charged us for one. Due to her limited English we also couldn’t solve the issue. Just felt like we were walking on glass in that area so we only went once. I’m not gonna go down a whole star though for a short 10 min interaction

Comfortable clean room. Huge resort with many pools. Starbucks cafe for breakfasts, snacks, drinks & coffees on site.
Good restaurant near pool which served cocktails & icy drinks & great menu. Plenty of deck chairs. Able to get lifts to your room & from room to reception with the guys driving the carts. Close to Seaworld, Disney World- all the theme parks with free shuttle buses.
I came over from Australia for a work trade show that was unfortunately at the time of the US Spring Break, so lots of kids & huge lines at the theme parks.
