Omg!! It’s all package ready for your full relax: huge parking, absolutely stunning pools, beautiful and spacious apartments, Sturbucks with your favorite drinks, tons of activities, fitness gym etc. The mattress and bedding are super comfortable. I can tell more but just 5stars from me

I bought hummus with pretzels at the store in the hotel. The pretzels were very stale. I did not eat them, but the hummus was good.

The pools and employees were great
We had to request room cleaning even though we were told that they clean every day.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable like sleeping on concrete!!

Room was definitely nice my wife loved it and wanted to return again on my birthday this coming August which I booked already, and hopefully to have to same experience and get to do more things
The fact that I still haven't received my deposit for the stay and here going on two weeks where I'm used to a day two the most being refunded

I loved the rooms and especially the comfortable bed. The check-in procedure was great, and she took the time to explain everything, such as where to eat for breakfast and dinner.
The television wasn't working when we arrived, but they came very quickly to fix it. There wasn't much to dislike, we were unable to obtain a room on the Sea World side for the night time fireworks. But that was not the resort's fault.

both of the pools were marvelous... the tiki bar took a long time to get food and drink and close at 9pm... but both were great. the bed was outstanding
vacation atmosphere for sure.
I was asked 3 times if I wanted to join them for the Hilton members symposium.... 90 minutes at an off site location .... for some BS about a pyramid scam... I am on vacation.... with planned trips and excursions... I don't want
to get approached while on vacation... just like telemarketer... turned a good mood sour.

Great accommodation. Lovely pool area.
Good location, very peaceful but easy to drive everywhere.
Housekeeping was haphazard. We were told we would receive a full clean on Sunday & Wednesday,other days would be a tidy. We didn’t receive any service on four days.
On our final day we requested late checkout and were told we could leave at 11 am. We had do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeper entered room and was annoyed we were there.

Friendly staff. Beautiful view and location.
I was on the top floor (which I really do enjoy) but the only ice machine was on the first floor on the other side of the building. And with only a mini fridge there wasn’t a great option to make ice in the room.

Great location. Main pool area was nice, lots of beds, clean towels and warm water.
We stayed for 8 nights, despite us asking for our sheets to be changed, they weren’t. You have to ask for clean towels and if you want your room serviced.
