Great accommodation. Lovely pool area.
Good location, very peaceful but easy to drive everywhere.
Housekeeping was haphazard. We were told we would receive a full clean on Sunday & Wednesday,other days would be a tidy. We didn’t receive any service on four days.
On our final day we requested late checkout and were told we could leave at 11 am. We had do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeper entered room and was annoyed we were there.

I was on the top floor (which I really do enjoy) but the only ice machine was on the first floor on the other side of the building. And with only a mini fridge there wasn’t a great option to make ice in the room.

Great location. Main pool area was nice, lots of beds, clean towels and warm water.
We stayed for 8 nights, despite us asking for our sheets to be changed, they weren’t. You have to ask for clean towels and if you want your room serviced.

The pool area was very nice and the playground area perfect for our small kids. We really enjoyed the 'condo' style room which was plenty of space for our group and very clean.

Lithe property is close to Seaworld. We loved the kitchen which is extremely well appointed, and having the option for two bedrooms d bathrooms was great. There is ample parking. Restaurant on site had a lot of options. We also liked having a screened patio/balcony.
There is no option to recycle plastic bottles- which you get every day! Very frustrating for us. I also wish there were a convenient way to get to theme parks with public transportation.

The pool, the lanai
This was a trip from HELL. My first room was infested with cockroaches adult & baby. They went to move me to another room which they supposedly inspected. Clearly with the light ON. Before I moved my family to this room I sat with all the lights off for about 3 minutes and as soon as I turned them on MORE huge cockroaches staring at me. Both rooms had them laying eggs and living in the coffee maker, the toaster, behind the kitchen cupboards, they ran in the space between the stove & wall, they also ran between the dishwasher and counter top, and were also in the bathroom under the cabinet…between the floor and cabinet. It was building 2 & 3. They ended finding me a non infested room but were rude as HELL & gave me a lot of attitude about it. I’m contacting Orlando health department this week, and also Hilton Corporate. Because HGV Seaworld was only willing to give me my resort fees back. Which are $25 a day booking with them & $28 on Booking and other sites.
Turn your lights off for a while in the kitchen at night
time and see how many come out. I guarantee there are more infested rooms and i have pictures & videos to prove it.
Also. Concierge left my family with a disabled child
Stranded at SeaWorld because the man selling us tickets never told myself or my elderly mom we had to reserve a ride ahead of time OR that the tram came and HOUR BEFORE the park closed. So my husband with permanent heel injury had to WALK back to our hotel to get our car so we could get our Autistic & cognitive impaired kids and my elderly mom with high blood pressure back to the hotel. I called concierge and spoke to Flavianna who said “we refuse to help you” when I asked her how they could/would help us get all of us back to the hotel. Fully knowing they have a Hilton Grand Vacations VAN that was sitting in their parking lot not being used, and I mentioned that to her. When we pulled in from my husband picking us up….we took a picture of that can as well.

Reservation didn't show when I arrived and was supposed to be doing a HGV presentation. When that reservation didn't work, I couldn't book for a night with the front desk and had to do it online.

Large room and kitchen area. Resort is ideal location for all the theme parks. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking for cars. Pool area is good and bar food is good quality.
