First impression walking in the hotel it smelled really nice! The lobby area was cleaned I would give it 3.5 stars...
The front desk employees should at least pretend that they like their job! Be more energetic, ? smile, speak to the guests.
The employees only acknowledge the guests when the guest ask a question. Being a customer service supervisor and in the customer service field for over 30 years. I've noticed a decline in good customer
service since COVID-19.
After checking in once I enter the hallway heading to our room. The carpet had a mildew smell.
The dryer didn't work! In the laundry room.
Dirty wall in my room and hallway. Why have white walls that show everything if you're not going to keep them clean / freshly painted.
The hotel is dated and comes off like an old nursing home or mental hospital..
The water pressure in the shower was low.
We had to kill 2 bugs in the bathroom.. The only reason I didn't turn around and leave was because the room was pre-paid. I am also handicap, and was exhausted from traveling! Besides every other hotel I called near the university was sold out!!
We did go out and purchased some cleaning supplies and did our own cleaning and I still left a tip for the cleaning crew when I checked out.
No one ever asked how was our stay! Even when checking out!
Booking.Com I am not sure if I will be using your website again.
