We had a very early morning arrival and we were kindly offered a later checkout time due to this. Our flight layover was 22 hours and next flight was not until 10:30 pm that night, and hotel stored our luggage for us so we could visit an area attraction without our baggage.
Room refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment to keep an ice pack frozen which we needed to keep medication for special needs twins cold during our flights. Front desk at least put the ice pack in the refrigerator for the day after we checked out of the room.
Also wished we could have enjoyed the breakfast, but we missed it sleeping in due to our early morning arrival.
