Very convenient for Disney. One can drive easily to the parks and then hop on a free bus to travel to the other parks.

Elevator didn’t go all the way to 6th floor and that’s where we were with a stroller. Wouldn’t allow me to check in as they didn’t get money from booking so that was an hr wasted.

Beds were super comfy
I was suppose to be on the same floor as the rest of my family that were in different rooms but at the time of check in my room wasn’t clean. Then when I came back later that day, they had my room given away and placed on a completely different floor.
Room was not the cleanest upon arrival there was hair over the bathroom floor.
Elevators sounded like they were going to give out any minute.
Really noisy area for a hotel are it’s built right next to the freeway and the hotel isn’t very soundproof. They did however give you free ear plugs.
I booked this hotel 4 months in advance on booking.com, and after I checked out I checked my credit card. And they had charged me for the room the second time. I had to call and argue to get it taken off.

The room was dirty the sinks walls the bathroom toilet the bad tub had mold the room carpet smelled. Bugger stains everywhere in the sink, I had to go to local store and buy lysol wipes.

Spacious rooms.
Limited options and crowded breakfast, need to replenish faster. Please clean up after guests and their children spill food during breakfast to avoid looking like a pigsty between 9am to 10am.

Property appearance was very clean. Enough parking space for everybody. Good breakfast. All hallway are neat and tidy. Facility laundry room is organized. Room are very spacious. Everyday housekeeping. Bed was tidied up and bathroom was cleaned. I felt comfortable and happy with my room. The color combination is in harmony.
I was on the third floor. There was always a cracking from upstairs or it could be the wall cracking. Sometimes the cracking noise is at the door. The toilet flusher chain always escaped the handle. I have attached several times also at midnight in my dreamy state. I have fixed the problem, it is my pleasure. If ever the rooms are going to be redecorated please don't have the mirrors facing the bed it takes away a goodnight rest (preferably facing a wall). Also any seats should not be facing the bed.

The breakfast is good but I think after several years staying at the hotel, could incorporate new options to the menu such as pancakes, different fruits, healthier options. This time I found an empty box from another person who stay before us. The shower was broken so the water doesn't flow properly
