Good location. Nice big room with really comfortable bedding.
The courtyard was right outside our windows and there were a group of loud kids playing Marco Polo while we were trying to sleep. Also, the hot tub was not in working order.

The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows.. The room and public areas were very clean. Staff friendly.
Bathroom need updating badly. Shower/tub combo., plus the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall mounting and sagging low.. Cracked tiling on shower wall. Grab bars loose and wiggly. The rest of the bathroom was good, but shower/tub ruined it.
Also the breakfast was only continental/cold unless you paid more. And up charge would be ok ($5-6 maybe), but full meals charge of $14-16 too high .

The breakfast is always awesome at this hotel!!! The staff are extremely helpful! Maybe, you could add pancakes to the breakfast, as another option, to go alongside the Belgian waffle choice that you already have.
All of the showerheads in the hotel should be a combination of a stationary showerhead, and sprayer, with the option to take it in your hand, as a handheld showerhead, and be able to spray your skin, for shower use.

Wonderful
the lady that help me check in, forgot her name, but she was wonderful and such an inviting spirit. The room was beautiful and for the price (via third party) I was very satisfied.
Not that it was bad but I wasnt expecting the facility to be so small

The size of the room was excellent, it made it feel much more comfortable and the fresh linens were so clean and crisp.

The breakfast was excellent!!! The room was awesome! The staff was extremely nice, especially Lina! We will be using this hotel again! Best experience at a hotel in Orlando!
The bathroom could have had a shower head that is not just attached to the top, but could be extended as a sprayer, so that a person can spray themselves off.

The front desk staff were amazing
The room's AC could be updated. Those window ACs don't cover the whole space, just the area in front of them.
The breakfast dining room would be bigger; it won't fit all the guests during high season.
