The staff was friendly and professional. The food was great and the location was perfect.
I did not like the bathroom. We didn't have a place to hang our toiletries and towels, especially when you had to share it with several people in the suite.

For me, the beds were too hard and made my back sore. Not a complaint but just a suggestion: For your fruit bowl, you should label which type of fruit is in there. People have many allergies to certain fruits. I had to find an employee to ask what was in it as I am highly allergic to mangos, which I found out it was in the fruit salad.

I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels; however, the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-East UCF was very quiet, customer service driven, clean, spacious room and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the UCF area. Anything you could possible need was within walking distance, or a very short drive. Thank you so much for a smooth, easy check-in and check-out process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
