I totally recommend staying in this hotel. The room was very specious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. What stood out was the staff - always very helpful and consistently checking if I was satisfied with my stay. The parking lot was big and convinient. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.
Additional charge for the parking (I was informed in advance) - in a city like Orlando where everybody travels by car I feel like the parking should be included. I don't recommend scrumbbled eggs but apart from that the complimentary breakfast was good (typical American breakfast).

The room was so comfortable and very clean, and we needed the basic amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing and the breakfast options were hot and fresh.

The rooms are very large, the beds are comfortable, and there is everything you need: an iron, toiletries, plenty of towels, and an outdoor pool. The breakfasts could be better.

The location was great and overall it was very clean and the rooms were nice, even with ongoing construction.
My first encounter with a male front desk receptionist was bizarre as he wouldnt look up from his phone game for a good few minutes. I was so taken aback at being so obviously ignored I didnt get his name. Other staff made up for it by being professional.
The breakfast was very sparse even by free breakfast standards. Dont choose this hotel over others thinking that adds to the value.

The hotels was next to the hospital and was able to get a shuttle from the hotel to the hospital. My family and I have stayed at this location for the last few years for health issues and will continue to stay here.

They charge me $75 for a 12 lb pomeranian, that is ridiculous, I will never stay there
