I was supposed to have a night at Hampton Inn &Suites Orlando because I had missed my flight so my husband booked it for me so when I was checking in the lady that was on night duty on the 23 was so rude , no customer service at all instead of her helping me it seemed as if I was begging her to sleep for free and she was talking to the other one in their language so I decided to leave and book holiday inn instead , and it was around past 10pm

The hotel was beautiful and our room was so comfortable. We especially were impressed with the lady checking us in and out and most exceptional was the gentleman who picked us up in your hotel van after we turned in our rental car on the afternoon of 11/17 and brought us back to the hotel. He was such a gentleman, very friendly and offered us suggestions for our evening meal near the hotel. We really enjoyed his pleasant personality. And the other driver who took us to the airport around 9 a.m. on 11/18 was just as nice and accommodating. We'll definitely stay at your hotel again when we're in your area.

Clean Quiet Spacious
Shower water pressure was really bad. It was so little water that it was impossible to take a quick shower.
