The waffels.
The bathroom in the room was not clean, there were splatter marks on the wall that should have been cleaned by staff. The picture of the pool and the actual pool were not the same.

Very close to Universal and shopping areas, and extremely clean. We both had double beds, which were very comfortable. The room was spotless.
The only downside was that the breakfast was quite limited, so it might be disappointing if that’s important to you.

I liked how nice the staff was.
The ice machine was really noisy our entire stay and the rooms are conjoined…apparently all of them are so you can hear anything really. Also the rooms looked nothing like the photos. We had a sliding bathroom door that would slide open if someone went out the front door and the shower curtain was short and would leak on the floor plus everything was small and compact in the hotel. I’m 5’7” and I felt like I could touch the ceiling…
