I like that everything was clean
I did not like the pillows super soft and went down once I put my head over the pillow.
Also the mattress is hard and not really comfortable. The shower did not drained, water sitting while taking a shower
The door from the bathroom super hard to open and close since it was not an actual door was like a door hanging and you can see the person inside the bathroom so it doesn’t have privacy
Also the front desk didn’t find my booking but still allow me to check in. However they did a double reservation for me by the same hotel and I was receiving calls to make me provide my information over the phone since they said it didn’t appear that I paid the room which I did.
I needed to contact my bank in order to prove them my transaction was done and paid since they insisted I did not pay for the night. It was a horrible experience since I was have a great experience booking my hotels through you guys and I had never encountered any problems for many many years.
They want to charge me again since the front desk made the mistake of creating a second reservation even though I explain that I already had one through booking and gave her my confirmation # and all my information.

There were strong smells throughout the hotel. These seemed to come from cleaning products, deodorizers, air freshners, etc., but they were overwhelming at times (some a bit perfumey) and not even consistent through the hotel. Check in, parking was fine, room large and comfortable. Lifts were quick and new, a decent bar and restaurant next door. Pleasant staff.
Breakfast and atmosphere, Crowded and pathetic plastic cutlery and paper plates. Food rubbish with very little choice. No love or thought gone into it, typical large chain approach. Shower water cool. $50 for and extra two hours late checkout. All designed for Americans.
