I loved the warm welcome and courtesy that's given to a hotel guest.
Im one that's will trll you the truth. There's nothing that disappointed me. It's not a five star but it's clean and welled kept up. I myself give it 5-☆☆☆☆☆'s. Will definitely stay there again.
The breakfast has a variety every morning. Clean and well managed while assisting the guest.

If you have reservations at Disney springs , DO NOT TAKE THE SHUTTLE !! I was very disappointed in this option . The hotel failed to tell us it stops at 15 other hotels , before getting us to Disney springs. We left the hotel at 5:15 pm . Disney springs is 8 minutes away from the hotel. But we didn’t get to Disney springs till 6:05 pm. They failed to tell everyone that got picked up about this. When someone asked the driver how many more stops , he ignored her .
