I liked the excellent customer service I received from Rodrigo, Kati and Natalia! The were very polite and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was also excellent. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and the food was great!

We have stayed here before. It is a very clean hotel, the staff is amazing and our room was clean and fresh. The location is perfect and close to everything. The pillows on the bed are wonderful. We will stay her again.
Our room was by the elevator, that sometimes can be noisy when everyone is coming an going. Other than that we had no issues all went well and we will stay here again.

The bathroom had a leak, and the sound of dripping water could be heard all night. We noticed it as soon as we got the room and notified the hotel, but they told us the hotel was full and they couldn't fix it.
Lack of response to fix the problem. We had to spend the whole night with the sound of water dripping into the bathroom due to the leak.

The staff is very welcoming. Sashane ensured in every way our stay was pleasant. My wife loved the way they clean your room, replace linens everyday when you are out enjoying at Disney’s or universal. Kid loved the Mickey shaped waffles in breakfast. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we would love to visit again!
If only the breakfast would include something for Indian families it would be an icing on the cake

I usually pick this location because is very close to everything, before was free parking now you pay a fee, breakfast was very poor, it has decline in quality. Bathroom area toilet paper in use only 1 new one ?. Hotel mentioned free internet not true.

Free breakfast and an area in the hotel lobby to buy snacks and toiletries. Housekeeping was exceptional, cleaned everyday that we were there :)

Great stay at a great hotel! Front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. Hotel was clean from the front entrance all through the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the shower/tub did not drain properly and at the end of my shower, I was in mid-calf standing water. Breakfast was okay, but it seemed like the staff gave up on replenishing food about an hour before the end of serving time. This happened both days we were there. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend it to all of my friends.

it was alike what i see in photos, everything good, the breakfast was great, maybe can have some different things like a syrup without sugar or something like that but was great for me.
