I liked the excellent customer service I received from Rodrigo, Kati and Natalia! The were very polite and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was also excellent. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and the food was great!

It’s close to both Disney and Universal, as well as some nice restaurants and an outlet. It has pretty good breakfasts. Parking and laundry are convenient. Staffs are extremely friendly.
The room is a bit damp with a musty smell. And the AC is quite noisy.

The staff was amazing, The continental breakfast was great also. Location is very close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
The design of the shower was a little weird imo. It should have a barrier on the floor that prevents water from running on to the bathroom floor. A minor flaw but overall still a very nice place.
