I liked the excellent customer service I received from Rodrigo, Kati and Natalia! The were very polite and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was also excellent. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and the food was great!

The staff was amazing, The continental breakfast was great also. Location is very close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
The design of the shower was a little weird imo. It should have a barrier on the floor that prevents water from running on to the bathroom floor. A minor flaw but overall still a very nice place.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a few minutes’ drive from most attractions (Universal, Disney, etc.).
The rooms are very spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, small fridge, and more.
The bed is large and comfortable.
The staff were very nice and helpful. Maria and Sophie were great and assisted us with everything we needed.
You even get a basic free breakfast.
Best value for money, absolutely recommended!

The beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was daily. The staff was great. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was relaxing.

Everything was great! The room was very spacious and quiet even though we were close to the elevator and fitness center, the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Staff was really professional and nice. Location is great for WDW visits!

We stayed one night prior to moving on property at Disney. Absolutely loved this hotel, friendly staff, loved the clean, beautiful pool and close to lots of restaurants(we went to Cheesecake Factory and really enjoyed it). The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.
