Our toilet was clogged upon check-in. We were given a plunger and told to do it ourselves. Also, the AC was not functioning.

During the check in process I asked about the room and its location in the hotel. Specifically if it was a good room since it was the first one on the first floor. The reservation person said they were not sure. I asked for an option for a better location and it wasn’t offered. So we took the room only to have constant noise just out the door from housekeeping and guests congregating in the hall or talking on the way by. Avoid the first floor if possible!
The location is very good for access to the local attractions and there are many restaurants in the area that are in walking distance. As for the room the hotel stepped up on the last day and allowed a late checkout at no cost. Shout out to the night clerk who understood our concerns and made the experience a bit better, she was great!

The only negative was the middle elevator wasn't working properly. My friends got stuck for about 10 minutes!
