The location was superb—just a short distance from many great attractions. The staff were absolutely fantastic: incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable place to relax. I also appreciated the nice pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and provided a good start to each morning. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room was great for my needs for a short trip. Staff was great the room was clean and comfortable. Location was what I needed not to far from the convention center. Everything was as expected.

Check in clerk was very friendly & helpful. Room was nice, bed comfy, room was clean, i would definitely return to Hampton inn.
This time check out clerk was not pleasant nor friendly. Also the shower had a slow drain, and also couch had a weird smell, didn't notice until packing to leave. This is unusual for Hampton Inn, so it does not deter me from returning.

After a scheduling snafu, at a different hotel, this hotel was available. It was clean. The staff was great.
Everything was worn out. The sheets were clean, but washed so many times as to be transparent. It simply needs a refresh

Staff was friendly
My shower wasn’t very clean and the bed was not that comfortable. The hallways were hot and the elevators were acting weird. Such as stopping at each floor when nobody was there or the doors didn’t close quickly.

Great friendly staff and amazing location. Breakfast hours were good and food choices were great.
Had an issue with a broken shower knob that kept automatically turning the dial to the “scorching hot water” so had to monitor closely while showering to avoid being burned. Reported to front desk for maintenance to address.
