The hotel is in ain a walking distance from Universal gate, even so thay provide a free shattel once a day to the studio.
this with free parking make the stay at the Hampton Inn Closest to Universal, very conviniant.

The hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently close to most major theme parks, making it an ideal base for families and leisure travelers. Breakfast was tasty, with particularly excellent coffee that set a pleasant tone for the day. The property offers ample, well-organized parking, which made arrivals and departures hassle-free. The outdoor pool is well maintained with clean water and comfortable lounging areas. Elevators were reliable and kept in good, sanitary condition. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable choice for guests visiting the area.
I normally choose Hampton by Hilton for its reliable standards, but my recent stay fell short due to serious service failures at check-in and check-out.
At check-in a front-desk agent mistakenly placed a duplicate security hold on my credit card. Despite several days since departure, the second hold has still not been released, and I continue to pursue a refund. The agent appeared unfamiliar with the property’s systems, was unprofessional—including eye-rolling—and handled the situation poorly.
Check-out was equally unsatisfactory. I requested an invoice that included the names of the people traveling with me (first and last names only). Even after discussing this with a manager, the request was denied. The manager stated they could not help and suggested I file a formal complaint if I wished. This dismissive response is unacceptable and inconsistent with the Hampton brand experience I expect.
These issues—improper card handling, slow resolution of a duplicate charge, untrained or unprofessional staff, and refusal to provide a straightforward invoice amendment—made the stay stressful. I recommend management address staff training, billing procedures, and guest-relations protocols immediately to prevent similar problems for future guests.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any hotel.
We were checking out early because we had a 4-hour drive from Orlando to Miami. We went to the dining area at 5:30 a.m. hoping to grab breakfast early. The food was already out, so we served ourselves and sat down to eat.
While we were already eating, a server suddenly came out and told us breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. We explained that we were leaving early, yet instead of handling the situation professionally, she began slamming and aggressively dropping food containers, clearly showing anger and hostility, making us feel extremely uncomfortable.
Then the receptionist, Filma, came over to lecture us about the breakfast time. We acknowledged her and nodded respectfully.
Moments later — while we were still seated and eating — they turned off all the lights and left us eating in the dark. That was absolutely outrageous and humiliating. I immediately called their attention and told them how incredibly disrespectful that was.
At no point did anyone politely ask us to leave and return at 6:00 a.m., which we would have done without hesitation. Instead, they chose the most rude, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional way possible to treat paying guests.
I have stayed in hotels in many countries, and this is the first time I have ever been treated with such blatant disrespect. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, shocking, and completely ruined our stay.
Worst customer service ever.
