The staff and building location and upkeep were excellent.
The was an Rep. There from Hilton offering Time Share opportunities, However once we arrived and completed the timeshare presentation. I only received one of the two gifts promised to me. The sad thing about it is that the staff there Knew it. Only to return back to the hotel where I stayed to find out they said they stiffed me the one promised gift. So I would warn others not to take time out of your vacation for this Hilton brand needs to hire more honest people!

Overall, a beautiful property...loved most everything!
Some updates are necessary...like a lot of rust was on the outside of buildings and along the screens on our screened in porch. Also, one of the hot tubs was not functioning.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The suite was spacious and extremely clean. The property is beautiful and close to everything we needed. The balcony was screened, so we were able to enjoy using the extra space. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Close to the parks.
Great value if you can get a room under £100 per night.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Close enough to parks to pop back for a rest in middle of day.

Lovely large rooms, with good facilities which is ideal for families. The grounds were beautiful and welcoming. Great staff and great value for money.
Lots of maintenance all at the same time. During our stay one pool was closed, the pedal boats were out of action, balconies were being repaired as was a footpath.
This didn't impact our stay, but as you asked...

The resort is very well maintained, the rooms have all the comforts you need.
The setting is excellent, surrounded by gardens and a beautiful lake that inspires total relaxation.
It offers entertainment for children and adults alike.
The price is very good for the quality. I would go again...

Great Location for Disney Parks
The beds were hard & pillows were very firm also. Master shower floor slant to wall so water just built up and didnt drain properly, New appliances but when oven used it smelled like melted burning plastic. Fridge Ice Maker had to be manually clicked to dump ice, didnt make enough.
