The lay out of the room
Checking in. Room smelled like mildew when you walk in. Not as close to Disney springs as stated

What an amazing place. Beautiful, amazing, clean, and giant apartment on the lakeside. Amazing view, the only shame is that there are alligators and you can't swim in it...
Very short drive to the Universal and Disney parks and to all the outlets.
The maintenance team was very quick to fix any issue we had (including an issue with the AC).
Front desk was super helpful with requests.
Early check in worked fine, and they also agreed to give us a grace of 2 hours in check-out.
Will definatly come back if we are in Florida
The only minor thing is that in a 3 bedroom apartment, they could find a space for a small desk / work station.

The room and location was perfect for our group. We spent time at Epcot and the location was perfect for getting to Disney properties.

Beautiful landscaping, the suite was huge and clean, excellent proximity to Disney.
If I had to list a complaint the bed as hard and needs replacing.
