I love the location! All the amenities are fanatic, my son took advantage of the cafe for a late night “snack”. The room in general was very spacious and beautiful
Some upgrades and vent cleaning could be done in the rooms

Pool, bar, cafe, rooms, closeness to pool, pool water was heated, hot tub nice. Love having to use room key to get into pool as we felt over the last couple of years locals were using the pool on weekends.
Chronic toilet/sewer issues on multiple visits, rooms need upgraded beds for comfort, better pillows, kitchen updated cupboards as in poor shape and better stocked but all still in line with price. The rooms overall are nice.

It was dirty. Cold rooms. Bugs and insects everywhere.
My girlfriend got bitten by insects and had a very bad infection that we had to go to emergency room in the middle of the night and spend the whole night at the hospital.
Avoid this place at all cost, never take your family here if you are thinking about their well being.

The location and the staff was great!
The dishwasher was broken but i didn't want to deal with that until i left. The outside fan light didn't work. The dresser drawers would not stay closed. Hopefully it will be fixed for next person. I just couldn't deal with it during.

Everything there is great, prices are affordable and location is great . It is close to Disney and other shops . It always make me feel like I am home .
The only thing I did not really like was that the WiFi isn’t the best always depending on which building you are staying at and the tv channels sometimes do not work , the screen just stays black. Other than those two minor issues everything else is great.
