Excellent reception by Mr Sandro De Oliveira, front desk supervisor, very helpful in all ways. Suggestion of eating please, things to do, best access to Universal. Very professional and friendly. Did go out of his way to help us.
Rooms very clean, beds well made, very well lighted room. Good breakfast.

We did not stay. The rooms are smaller than the pictures lead to believe. The staff was great.

It was close to everything
It had an old smell inside the hotel and inside are room. Pictures looked way better. Made the one bedroom look like the bedroom is separate from the living room but it’s not. That’s shady to me
