good value. good parking. good position. stayed here three times over many years. could do with a little updating in places but still generally good. staff are super helpful.
children/students unsupervised in the room next door. excited is good but they were too much. we had an adjoining door so was noisier than otherwise it would have been. the voices at breakfast means the youngsters were late teens on an organised trip.

This was our second stay here. Once in 2019 and now in 2024. All staff were absolutely fabulous. So friendly and helpful, always cheery to greet you after a long day at the parks. Great location for Universal. 10 mins to downtown. 5 minutes to International Drive, premium outlets and 2 huge malls. Love the breakfast selection and all day coffee station in the foyer! Comfy bed. Great price for an 8 night stay.

The hotel team is so friendly. My wife and I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the manager checked us in for free and told us a lot about the free shuttle to Universal Orlando (where we were headed).

The hotels facilities are outdated, and there was a strong chemical smell in the room. My child developed contact dermatitis after their first contact with the sofa and desk, despite having no history of allergies. Every staff member at the hotel was unhelpful and unapologetic, only seeking to absolve themselves of responsibility, insisting on waiting for their insurance investigation. We had to rely on our travel insurance and contact doctors and pharmacists ourselves. Its hard to imagine how they would respond to a guest needing emergency aid, showing a complete lack of humanity, professionalism, and responsibility!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Hotel employee at the front desk was a delight. She was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was standard for similar places but well maintained and stocked. They kept the tables clean and available as guest left.
Getting in/out of hotel can be problematic; barriers in nearby parking lot to access Kirkman. Vineland offers only right turn exit. It proved difficult for our Uber. Our room had an unpleasant smell when entering. For us, we became nose blind to it.

Helpful & friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good location (5 minutes to Universal Studios theme parks and 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom & Epcot), decent breakfast options.
The beds were comfortable. There were few stores like Walgreens, 7-11 nearby. The swimming pool looked nice and hotel had self operated washing machine and drier.
Can't think of anything apart from the AC in the room being little bit loud at some times.
