Nice location. Clean rooms, the staff was vert helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel. Very good!

location of room. the quietness even though there were lots of groups. it was very respectable place and everyone was generous. The parking location and surroundings was great, everything so clean and safe neighborhood. The playground for kids was fun. Maybe tried adding some adult games to the mix, there is plenty of area. Make it enjoyable for both adults and kids.
We did the breakfast two days but the variety could use a change. Maybe adding more types of fruits (Strawberries, blueberries, banana - especially if you are offering yogurt). also maybe adding hashbrowns or potatoes if you will offer scramble eggs and sausages. we also tried the arcade and 3 games didn't work, it took our points (30pts) twice and there was no one around to assist. That kind of felt like we were ripped out.

The staff were helpful when we advised toilet not flushing and arranged an alternate room unfortunately the generators outside were very loud and it was difficult to sleep.
We have been charged for 2 days parking although we did not have a car. It's very hard to communicate with the property to have this refunded.

It's a plus to have breafast is included in room price and quite a variety. Spotless clean rooms. Its spacious for a family of four with King size bed and bunk bed for kids. A good size of swimming pool although, we not used it.

The shuttle service was good. Breakfast was good but needed more variety.
Our room sink was leaking and our carpet was wet. We told the front desk while leaving for the morning at 10 am. We got a call at 3 pm when we were returning back to the hotel that they are moving me us to another room when we were checking out less than 24 hours later (4:30 am checking out). We were so tired and were asked to pack everything to move to another room. When we went to pick new keys, we were told new room is not ready and our current key card was cancelled and we were locked out of the room with our valuables inside (including our passports). I dont even understand even after talking to us on the phone, how did they expect us to pack and move to another room when we couldnt get in nor was the other room ready. Another manager came to let us in the room after our new key was not working and then he told us that the new room is ready - which is exact opposite to what the front desk told us. Zero communication between staff. Also during spring break rush, there is only one elevator working (the first one) and you have to wait for so long. All rooms smells musty and there are zero amenities - no toothpaste or soap bar. Front desk staff is clueless and rude.

The only thing good was the location and price.
The staff was rude. The facilities were terrible. The place looks like it has not been updated since the 90's. Pictures in the room just sitting no even hung. Water pressure in the shower was non existent. You could not pay met to stay at this location again. I travel for work and stay at Fairfield often. This was buy far the worst I have stayed at.

The locations was amazing. Very close to Disney and lots of dining and shopping options in the area. The hotel was exceptional and really well maintained.
The outside door closest to where our room was located did not open with our room key. Just a small inconvenience having to navigate around to the front door. We did mention this to the front desk.
