The location was nice, staff were super friendly.
We had hair on the shower walls and the bathroom was not very clean. Also the breakfast was not very good at all.

Location is ok
Poor customer service, a lot of cockroaches in the room. No bilingual people available in the hotel,Orlando is a tourist destination why nobody speak Spanish there. Bad very bad attention to my family because they dont speak English.

Room was overall clean and was in a great location, facing away from noisy I-4. It has 5 floors and being up higher is a perk.
The bed really needs to be replaced. It is obvious where people sleep on this bed because it sinks down when you lay on it. The other side stays higher.

Attractive price compared to the location. Complimentary breakfast was expansive and featured eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and all the other usual items. The bed was comfortable.
The entire building and room were strongly scented inexpensively, we kept the window open during our stay to freshen the air quality. Parking was $18/day at time of visit, other hidden fees may apply, read description carefully before booking.

The room was very nice. Beds were great, bunk bed and trundle was perfect.
The hotel lists shuttle service. There was no airport shuttle at all. we wanted a shuttle to the theme parks Technically there was an independent shuttle service which we had to pay $10/person.it would be better if that was stated in the emenities listed

Location was amazing with lots of stores and restaurants nearby and the road it was on was not heavily trafficked. Staff dancing and giving balloons in the dining area was really nice. It gave it a happy atmosphere and got people dancing.
Our Kleenex was never replaced . No complimentary water bottles in the room. Most hotels have at least 2 . Condiments in dining room were scattered and had to look all over for them. Butter was in fridge and hard like a rock and not spreadable.
