The air conditioner. consistently stops and starts. When it shuts off, the room gets hot and vice versa. We tried setting the air conditioning "on" to avoid this situation; however, it did not work. Very hard to sleep with the repeated and consistent on-and-off noise and temperature fluctuations of the air conditioner.

Highly upset overcharged as I prepaid prior to arrival got there thinking I was only being charge $80 for $40 a day parking (2 nights) and was charged $380 for stay ask for supervisor/manager never received no talk to one. Kevin at front desk assured me would be refunded upon check out…spoke to young lady at check out didn’t get her name but advised me she seen notes on account and would be refunded so now just waiting but that money took away from my vacation with my daughter as a single mother on a fixed income $380 is a lot could even enjoy trip and all could tell me was sorry not acceptable also book room during winter season and my daughter loves hot tub only to get there and hot tub is broken and was told had been broke over 3 weeks. Did like breakfast and bed comfy but Not a great stay at all be upset since check in error could even enjoy myself.

They charge 20 a day for parking and don't tell you up front. There is a lot of hall noise and neighbors are easy to here. Breakfast was so so.

The receptionist who assisted us was truly a very professional and respectful person. The room was clean and at the perfect temperature, and the breakfast was very nice and complete. In short, I recommend it and I will definitely return every time I visit Orlando. It's a great price and conveniently located near everything.

I liked the pool, how nice the lobby was
The breakfast was absolutely disgusting, the sausage gravy was like out of a can forsure. The food was worse then hospital food and definitely not enough options. No cell service in the room and the Wi-Fi didn't really work

It was in a good location, and the rooms were clean.
They need to update photos. There hasn't been an arcade in 4 years. Plus they charge extra for parking. The front desk clerk doesn't even tell u a total before checking in
